Est. 2026/Minnesota, US/Consumer software

A consumer
software studio.

We design, build, and operate our own B2C mobile apps. Not contract work, not prototypes for someone else. Products we own, ship to the App Store, and run for the long term.

What a studio
actually means.

An agency sells hours. A studio owns outcomes. We take no client work, so nothing here was built to a brief that someone else wrote and then walked away from.

Every product in the register is one we picked, funded, designed, built, launched, and still run. When one of them has a bad week, it is our bad week.

That ownership shapes the engineering. We reuse hard-won infrastructure across products, so the second app inherits the video pipeline, the billing plumbing, and the release process that the first one paid for in mistakes.

It also shapes what we refuse to ship. A number out of ten is easy to build and tells a user nothing. Naming the actual problem is harder and is the only reason anyone renews.

Disc Golf Form Analyzer

Film a throw, get a coached breakdown of what your body actually did.

LiveiOS / Android2026

A disc golfer films one throw on a phone. The app returns a pose overlay traced on their own footage, then a written breakdown: what the form is doing well, the specific faults costing distance, and the drill that fixes the biggest one.

The overlay is real pose estimation rendered on the user's video, not an illustration. That distinction is the product. Players trust a correction they can see land on their own body.

02Wedding

Bride View

See yourself in real wedding dresses before the first boutique appointment.

LiveiOS2026

A bride uploads two photos and gets herself in sixteen wedding dresses, generated from her own face and her own proportions. No smoothing, no slimming, no stock model standing in for her.

That constraint is the whole point. The category default is to flatter the customer into a purchase. Bride View exists so she walks into her appointment already knowing which silhouette, neckline, and fabric she wants.

Dinklix

Pickleball form analysis that names the fault and gives you the fix.

LiveiOS2026

Dinklix takes the coaching engine proven in disc golf and points it at pickleball. A player films a serve or a drive and gets a pose overlay on their own clip, the mechanical faults behind the miss, and the correction to work on next.

No score out of ten. A number tells a player they were bad. A named fault and a drill tells them what to do on the next court session.

One pipeline, three products.

The studio model only pays off if the second product costs less than the first. These are the parts we build once and carry forward.

  1. 01

    Vision and video

Pose estimation rendered onto the user's own footage, not a diagram of an idealized body. The same rendering service serves disc golf and pickleball, which is why the second sport took weeks instead of quarters.

  2. 02

    Language that lands

Model output is worthless as raw text. We convert it into a named fault, a reason, and a drill, with a structured contract the app can render reliably every single time.

  3. 03

    The commercial rails

Auth, subscriptions, receipts, webhooks, attribution, and release automation. Unglamorous, identical across products, and the reason a launch is a checklist rather than an event.
